CTdoAgro is seeking a professional for its
client Indofil, an agribusiness company operating in the crop protection
segment.
This position will be responsible for
supporting the structuring and management of the Human Resources area in
Brazil, acting as a generalist across HR subsystems and supporting the growth
of the local operation, with interface alongside Brazilian and global
leadership teams.
We are
looking for a professional with a generalist background in Human Resources, a
hands-on profile, and the ability to support an operation undergoing growth and
organizational development.
The role
requires strong communication skills, organization, autonomy, execution
capability, and the ability to build relationships with different areas and
leadership teams.

experience in multicultural environments, HR subsystems, and English
proficiency for professional communication with global teams, this opportunity

Lead the construction and management of a Human Resources area that
influences the company’s strategy;
·
Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures, focusing on:
Positions, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, Career
Planning, Training Programs, Performance Evaluation, and Payroll;
·
Structure and improve the Organizational Structure to meet business
needs;
·
Manage the company’s compensation and benefits policies;
·
Keep all job descriptions updated and aligned with business needs;
·
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation;
·
Build, implement, and manage the personnel cost budget aligned with
leadership guidelines;
·
Lead initiatives related to the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values;
·
Act in Internal Communication / Endomarketing initiatives;
·
Encourage and guide leaders in team development and management;
·
Coordinate outsourced partners and service providers related to payroll,
labor legal support, and other HR activities;
·
Promote integration and communication between local and global teams in
a multicultural environment;
·
Support the company’s growth strategy in Brazil, ensuring organizational
development and leadership alignment.
·
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, or related
areas;
·
MBA or Specialization in People Management and/or Business Management.
·
Fluent or advanced English for professional communication.
·
Generalist experience in Human Resources;
·
Previous experience in coordination positions;
·
Experience across HR subsystems;
·
Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation;
·
Experience managing outsourced payroll processes;
·
Experience in agribusiness;
·
Experience in agricultural input industries (Differential);
·
Experience in growing companies (Differential);
·
Experience in multicultural environments (Differential).
· Hybrid work model – 4 days onsite and 1 day remote in São Paulo/SP.
