TREASURY MANAGER

CTdoAgro is seeking a Treasury Manager for its client, a multinational crop protection company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Manage the Treasury area, leading the team and ensuring operational and strategic efficiency

·       Structure and managing cash flow, financial operations, and banking relationships, including interfacing with banks and investment funds

·       Conduct structured financial operations and hedging policies, ensuring currency protection and business support

·       Manage financial expenses, ensuring budget control and financial efficiency.

·       Prepare and present financial reports, indicators, and reports for the Head Office and Global Treasury

·       Implement global Treasury policies in Brazil, ensuring compliance, governance, and processes standardization

·       Work in an integrated manner with all areas of the company, ensuring strategic financial support for operations

REQUIREMENTS

·       Education: Degree in Economy, Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering

·       Postgraduate degree or MBA in Financial Management

·       Language: Fluent English (mandatory) / Spanish (desirable)

·       Experience and Knowledge:

o   Experience managing Treasury teams within Agri Inputs Industry

o   Experience in structured financial operations and derivatives (CRA, FIDC, assignment, discounted risk, barter and hedging)

o   Strong performance in banking relationships and cash flow management

o   Experience in managing financial expenses and hedging policies

o   Experience in financial reporting for international headquarters

o   Experience in Credit & Collection (desirable)

o   Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, advanced Excel and Power BI
