BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

CTdoAgro is recruiting a Business Development Manager for CAC, a global company focused on crop protection innovation, technology integration and sustainable agricultural solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Drive business growth and portfolio expansion through new markets, partnerships and crop solutions for key crops

·       Lead product development and go-to-market strategies for new launches

·       Provide market intelligence and insights to support global portfolio decisions

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the country strategy annual review

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Degree in Agronomic Engineering

                    MBA on business management; Marketing or Commercial will be differential

Language: Fluent English (mandatory)

Knowledge and Experience:

·       Proven experience in crop protection marketing & commercial roles

·       Strong portfolio management experience, including new product introduction and post-patent strategies

·       Solid understanding of commercial, regulatory, development and supply interdependence

·       Financial acumen related to pricing and product/portfolio strategy

·       Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams

·       Basic technical knowledge of crop protection products

Workplace: Brazil – (flexible)
