COUNTRY LEADER – BRAZIL

CTdoAgro is selecting a Country Leader, for its client, a multinational company.

The professional will be responsible for driving growth, managing distributor relationships, leading the local team, and ensuring the company’s strategy and performance in Brazil.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead business strategy and ensure market growth and profitability
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring performance against KPIs
• Oversee sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring delivery of results
• Align local marketing initiatives with global strategies
• Provide technical support and training to distributors and key partners
• Lead, develop, and motivate the local team for high performance

REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Agronomy, Administration, or related fields

• Experience and knowledge: Proven leadership experience within distributor-driven environments, develop and execute business strategies, with solid background in sales, marketing, and technical support; P&L and budget management required. Solid knowledge of Crop Protection sector (biologicals products).

Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
